Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.- Familiarity with integration processes between SAP S/4HANA and other systems. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
