Job description Position: Export Manager Location: HO- Churchgate Education: MBA - Sales & Marketing with additional Diploma in EXIM / Foreign Trade Experience: Bcom & MBA/PG - Sales & Marketing with additional Diploma in EXIM / Foreign Trade 15-20 years in a small/ medium sized manufacturing industry, preferably Auto / engineering products or electrical product mfg. co. he should have excellent exposure and experience in international business development and marketing of products and overseeing all EXIM documentation. Job Purpose- To support the Director by generating revenue by increasing and retaining international clients and handling all marketing activities at Sure lock Plastics. Pre & Post Export documentation. Export Import coordination from customer supplier factory logistic. CHA & clearing agents quotes, negotiation, doc. preparation -submission & shipment follow ups. Error free documents to CHA, customer & banks Import formalities for import of goods in cost effective way through new / existing CHA - clearing agent. Checking export / import details on ICEGATE site. Attend customer's enquiries and reply / quote. Apply & keep track of duty-free import advance license for timely utilization Keep track of export incentives on exports and timely utilization of its credit Should have interest to convert an enquiry to an order & zeal to book many orders... Aggressive to attend enquiries in time and look for new opportunities. follow up with export customers for orders updating export & import register, weekly, monthly MIS reports Increasing volume of business & add create other/ new product interest to existing customers Deadline based order execution participating in international & Domestic trade fairs Meet sales targets daily, weekly, monthly reports. Open to travel abroad when required.
