Chartered Accountant

Job description We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) for our group of companies, who has a specialization in customs, imports, and exports. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting and compliance, lead the accounts team, and act as a bridge between internal finance functions and external regulatory bodies. This role is ideal for a CA who has in-depth expertise in international trade regulations, customs procedures, and foreign transaction accounting, along with strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage accounting for all group companies Ensure end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act Handle import/export accounting, including customs documentation, duty structures, Bill of Entry, and foreign remittance compliance Monitor and implement changes related to government regulations, especially those affecting international trade Train and support the internal accounts team with process updates and compliance requirements Coordinate with customs authorities, DGFT, freight forwarders, and consultants Lead audits, financial reporting, and support in budgeting and MIS. Required Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 3-5 years of experience, with proven specialization in customs, imports, and exports Excellent knowledge of FEMA, FTP, and international taxation basics Familiarity with documentation for EPCG, Advance Authorisation, and SEZ (if applicable) Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
