Job description Job Title:- Requirement for Schneider Engineer Base Location:- Navi Mumbai Experience:- 4-8 year Skills Required:- Schneider PLC Requirements Hands-On experience in Schneider System PLCs : Modicon Series PLC M580, M340. Hands-On experience on schneider softwares Vijeo Citect Studio, Vijeo Designer HMI, EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert, EcoStruxure Hybrid DCS, EcoStruxure Control Expert. Knowledge of third-party interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.) Experience in Food & Beverage, Life Science, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Infrastructure. Knowledge of Function Block Diagram, Ladder Logic etc. Design Basis and Specification Panel GA Drawing and Panel Wiring Diagram Control System Architecture Input / Output List, Signal Exchange List /Communication List Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance, Test Procedures Onsite Experience in Commissioning &Debugging of Control Systems. Flexible approach to work & good Interpersonal Skills. Excellent communication skills in English language. Experience on Allen Bradley systems and Rockwell Softwares will be an added advantage. Job Description PLC, HMI, SCADA Software Programming, Emulation & Debugging Onsite deployment of Software, Testing & Commissioning Coordinate with Internal Team and reporting. Co-ordinate with Customer for Project delivery and Quality Relationship building with Clients for business expansion. Should be able to individually handle small & mid-size industrial automation projects. Support Team Leader / Lead Engineer on technical issues. Ensure project implementation follows the engineering delivery standard. Travel (national/international) depending on Project assignments for commissioning. Perform Integrated testing between SW & HW. Perform FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities with customer.
