Job description Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement curriculum for various courses offered by the institution. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Management, Economics, Sociology, Commerce, and Communication Skills subjects. Participate in departmental activities such as committee work, seminars, workshops, etc. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress. Conduct research in areas of specialization and publish papers in reputed journals or books. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills with ability to engage students actively during lectures and discussions. Strong knowledge of accountancy principles for finance-related subjects; ability to teach accounting or management concepts effectively.
