Job description Location: Client Campus Dehradun Company: Samatrix Consulting Pvt Ltd Position Type: Full-Time, On-Campus Requirement Type: Immediate About the Role: Samatrix.io is looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to be deployed at one of our client campuses in Dehradun. The role focuses on engaging with potential students, explaining course features (especially in AI/ML domains), and guiding them toward enrollment. This is an on-campus, full-time role with strong potential for extension based on results. Key Responsibilities: Actively counsel and guide admission seekers about AI/ML career pathways. Clearly explain course features, career opportunities, and success stories. Build strong relationships with potential students and parents. Handle walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and online leads. Track and report daily counseling activities and results. Assist in admission drives, orientation sessions, and open houses when required. Achieve admission and enrollment targets set by the management. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong selling and persuasion skills. Passion for education, technology, and career building. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into admissions. Positive attitude, energy, and self-motivation. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, Education). Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or academic sales (preferred). Freshers with exceptional communication and selling skills can also apply.
