The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the automobile industry and a proven track record in sales. This role involves managing B2B and B2C sales, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with garage staff, and driving business partnerships to enhance the garages services and growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage all B2B and B2C sales for Joey's Garage in Dubai, ensuring sales targets are met. Handle customer inquiries and bookings through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels. Coordinate with the garage staff to ensure timely and high-quality service, as well as optimal scheduling for client bookings. Perform outbound activities, including cold calls and outreach, to establish partnerships with car dealerships, service centers, and other related businesses. Provide information on services, promotions, and offers to prospective customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress and achievements. Maintain a thorough understanding of the garages services and the automobile market to offer the best solutions to clients. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the automobile industry (sales or related roles). Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively through phone and WhatsApp. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Ability to build and maintain business relationships and partnerships. Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
