Product Manager

Job description About the Role SocialPilot is on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager who s passionate about building meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space products that customers genuinely love. Youll join a collaborative team of creative problem solvers, working alongside UX/UI designers, engineers, marketers, and customer success teams to drive product innovation. What You ll Do Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and user research to guide product strategy Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-centric product experiences Partner with engineering to translate product ideas into seamless, high-performing capabilities Work with marketing to strategize and execute go-to-market and feature adoption plans Author clear, detailed product briefs and specs that align with business and user goals Define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to iterate and improve What We re Looking For 3+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS company Proven success in building and scaling at least one product or multiple impactful features Experience conducting user interviews and turning insights into actionable plans Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles experience with Figma is a big plus Excellent communication and spec-writing skills you clearly define the what , why , and how Technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and data-driven environment Bonus Points Experience with 0 1 product journeys Familiarity with social media or marketing technology products About SocialPilot SocialPilot helps 12,000+ SMBs and agencies publish, analyze, and manage their social media effortlessly.
