Job description Skill required: Procurement Operations - Procurement Support Designation: Service Delivery Ops Associate Manager Qualifications:Any Graduation Years of Experience:10 to 14 years What would you do Driving transformation in Sourcing & Procurement domain for the client globally leveraging LSS approach by leveraging standardization, policy, automation, platform etc enablers. Flexible toward work-timing (incl US timing) and work from office In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.Analyze and design the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes. Plan implementation based on detailed understanding of technologies involved and best practice process output measures. Provide the setup and ongoing maintenance of suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data and procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions, and to help maximize compliance.
