Collection Executive

Job description Company Name - KP Manish Global Ingredients Pt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and overdue invoices. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on payments. Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions. Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with internal departments. Prepare and share AR aging reports and collection status updates with the finance team. Escalate complex collection issues to the supervisor or management when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the collection process. Support month-end closing and reporting activities. Assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or collections. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., SAP,Tally). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
