Job description End-to-End Project Ownership: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final delivery. Team & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships. Budget & Cost Control: Prepare detailed project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems, materials, and labor. Proactively monitor and control project costs, addressing change orders and unforeseen issues. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met. Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement adjustments to keep projects on track. Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and company standards. Implement rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee proper installation and functionality of HVAC systems. Review designs and collaborate with engineers to resolve any technical challenges. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to maintain project momentum. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation and prepare clear, concise status reports for both senior management and clients.
