Job description Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter / Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across creative, production, and digital roles in India and other global hubs. You will work closely with hiring managers, creative leaders, and HRBPs to fill niche and high-volume roles across our studios. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand job requirements and team culture. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key production roles (e.g., Art Directors, Motion Designers, Retouchers, Producers, Project Managers, Veeva Operators, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Manage job postings and ensure candidate data is kept up to date in the ATS. Coordinate and schedule interviews, support candidate engagement throughout the process. Track and report sourcing metrics and market insights. Assist with employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
