Job description Position: Manager Interior Fit-Out Projects Location: Hyderabad Industry: QSR / Retail / Commercial Projects Experience: Min. 5 years Job Description: Lead end-to-end execution of Interior Fit-Out Projects across QSR, Retail, and Commercial spaces Strong knowledge of civil, interior, and MEP works (flooring, ceiling, paneling, woodwork, etc.) Manage multiple site rollouts, budgets, and timelines with a team of 5–6+ members Coordinate with design consultants, finalize drawings, and ensure quality execution Handle contractor alignment, tendering, and Capex estimation Liaise with BD teams, landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to senior leadership Ensure timely project delivery within defined quality standards and cost Skills: Interior Fit-Out, Civil Execution, MEP Coordination, QSR Rollout, Project Management, Budgeting, Vendor Management, Team Handling Role: Project Architect Industry Type: Hotels & Restaurants Department: UX, Design & Architecture Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Architecture & Interior Design Education UG: Diploma in Architecture, Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, B.Arch in Architecture PG: PG Diploma in Civil, M.Tech in Civil Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills interior fit out fit out projectinterior designerInterior Designing
