Sourcing & Screening: Source potential candidates through portals, social platforms, and networking; screen resumes to assess technical and non-technical skills. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to define hiring needs and timelines. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements. Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and tools across IT and Non-IT domains. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases regularly. Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, college campuses, and online platforms to promote our brand and attract top talent.
