Job description Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop engaging curricula, and utilize various learning technologies to deliver effective training solutions. You will also assess training effectiveness and utilize feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives. Your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and program evaluation will be essential in driving the success of our development programs. Key Responsibilities Program Design and Development Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and learning priorities across departments Design and develop structured learning programs, including onboarding of clients, leadership development, technical training, and soft skills Create a variety of learning materials such as e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and interactive content Ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and reflects best practices in adult learning Facilitation Deliver engaging, learner-centered training sessions both in-person and virtually Support internal trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) in delivering content effectively Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge sharing Collaboration Partner with HR business partners, team leads, and department heads to identify development needs and align learning solutions Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and external consultants to co-create or source high-quality content Contribute to cross-functional projects related to talent development, DEI, and organizational culture Evaluation and Improvement Measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance data Analyze learning outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for program improvements Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on participation, progress and impact Continuously research and apply emerging trends in L&D, technology, and employee engagement Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development Experience in related industry verticals is a plus Knowledge of learning technologies & tools Team player Proven experience in designing and delivering training and development programs in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and modern learning technologies. Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and employee development needs. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
