We are arranging a Walk- in drive on 5th and 6th June 2025 at our plant based at Chakan. PFB Position and Venue Details:- We are currently hiring for below open Positions, Pls refer below Job description: - 1. Production Engineer Machine Shop (5 to 10 years)- Interview Date- 05-06-2025, Thursday a.Plan, schedule, and execute machining operations to meet production targets. b.Monitor and improve machine utilization, cycle times, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). c.Optimize CNC and conventional machining processes (e.g., turning, milling, drilling, grinding). d.Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. 2. Quality Engineer Machine Shop (5 to 10 years)- Interview Date- 05-06-2025, Thursday a.Monitor production processes on the shop floor to ensure compliance with quality standards. b.Perform in-process inspections and checks at various machining stages (turning, milling, drilling, etc.). c.Use precision measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.) to verify dimensions. d.Identify non-conformities, document deviations, and ensure immediate corrective actions are taken 3. Maintenance Engineer Machine Shop (Electrical/Mechanical) - Interview Date- 05-06-2025, Thursday a.Perform routine preventive maintenance of machines such as CNC turning/milling centers, grinders, and conventional lathes/mills. b. Troubleshoot mechanical issues in machines including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and alignment. c. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machines, panels, and controls. d. Handle electrical systems related to PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and HMIs. f. Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment. g. Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve machine-related issues quickly. 4. Production Engineer-PDC/HPDC (5 to 10 years) Interview Date 06-06-2025, Friday a.Plan and manage daily production schedules for PDC/HPDC machines to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. b.Monitor and control die casting parameters to ensure process stability and consistency. c.Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements (cycle time, scrap rate, OEE). 5. Section Head PPC PDC (8 to 12 Years) Interview Date 06-06-2025 a.Develop and implement production plans and schedules for the Pressure Die Casting (PDC) section based on sales forecasts and customer orders. b.Ensure material availability, machine readiness, and manpower allocation to meet daily/weekly/monthly production targets. c.Monitor WIP (Work in Progress), FG (Finished Goods), and RM (Raw Material) inventory and minimize stock-outs or overproduction. d.Coordinate with departments including Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Sales to align supply chain and delivery timelines. 6. Stores Supervisor ( 8 to 12 Years ) Interview Date 06-06-2025,Friday a.Supervise receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, tools, and spare parts. b.Maintain accurate stock records (physical vs. system) using ERP/Inventory Management systems. c.Ensure timely material availability to production, maintenance, and other departments. d.Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and avoid stock-outs or excess stock. 7. Shift Engineer PPC (4 to 8 Years ) - Interview Date 06-06-2025,Friday:- a.Execute daily and shift-wise production schedules based on the master plan provided by PPC management. b.Coordinate with production, stores, and maintenance teams to ensure availability of materials, tools, and machines. c.Monitor real-time production performance and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and delays. d.Ensure shift output meets quality standards, delivery timelines, and production targets. e.Update and maintain shift-wise production data, downtime reports, and WIP tracking.
