Job description Role Name : Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Location : Prabhadevi, Mumbai Job Purpose & Scope Part of the recruitment function, Responsible for Junior, Middle and Senior Level hiring's and Stakeholder Management. Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities Responsible for end-to-end recruitment & onboarding of candidates of all level candidates for Corporate Functions, Support Functions, Illumination, Manufacturing, Power Distribution and Power Transmission. Source for open positions through various talent sourcing tools such as internal job positing, employee referral programs, companys webpage, recruitment portals, campus placements and recruitment consultants Liaise with HR Business Partners & Line Managers to understand the requirements and create appropriate hiring strategy Work with different functions to ensure updated organization positions and approved headcount Ensure uniformity in all Job Description and people specifications Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and present them for further actions Negotiate & make compensation offers in discussion with HRBPs and Compensation & Benefits Team Conduct ref-checks, collect documents, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires Collect feedback on hiring & onboarding processes and subsequently build on it Qualification: Essential: MBA in Human Resources preferred.
