Job description Responsibilities & Duties: Willing to travel all over India. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Manage and oversee marketing campaigns to promote chemical products. Identify and cultivate new customers relationships and market opportunities. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to align product offerings with market demand. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management. New Stockist & Distribution points creation and maintaining. Qualification & Experience: 1. Masters Degree (MBA or specialized Degree) /Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 10-15 years experience in sales and marketing within the chemical industry or related field. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 4. Strong understanding of chemical products and market dynamics. 5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
