Job description Job Title: Frontend Tech Experience: 6+ Years Department: Technology / Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time from Office About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Frontend Tech Lead to join our dynamic technology team. You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-performing front-end applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with a solid understanding of frontend engineering principles, architecture, and best practices, and have strong expertise in ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Strapi, and the modern frontend ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and maintainable frontend applications. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver user-centric solutions. Own the entire front-end development lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment. Drive code quality, performance, and scalability through best practices, code reviews, and automation. Mentor and guide a team of frontend engineers, fostering growth and collaboration. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose ways to improve the architecture and user experience. Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies. Participate in system design discussions and contribute to overall technical strategy and roadmap. Technical Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on frontend development experience in large-scale web applications. Expertise in ReactJS with deep understanding of hooks, context API, component lifecycle, and state management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil). Strong experience in AngularJS (and ideally familiarity with Angular 2+ as well). Proficient in NodeJS for building server-side components and integrations. Hands-on experience with Strapi (or similar headless CMS) and its integration with frontend frameworks. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript/ES6+. Experience with modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc. Familiarity with TypeScript and component libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, TailwindCSS, etc. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API integration. Good understanding of web performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility.
