Role Overview We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Flutter Engineer to join our in-house development team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, and will play a key role in designing and developing high-performance apps for Android and iOS platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and efficiency Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends Requirements 4–6 years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries Familiarity with state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, GetX, etc.) Experience in deploying apps on Play Store and App Store Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Good to Have/Preferred Prior experience with Flutter app. Android Kotlin and IOS knowledge Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend services Contribution to open-source projects or personal mobile app portfolio Role: Mobile / App Developer Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Ios DevelopmentJSONAndroid Application DevelopmentCross Platform Mobile App DevelopmentDart Ui/UxFirebasePerformance OptimizationUnit TestingState ManagementWidget DevelopmentRest Api IntegrationFlutter
