We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team. Job Summary: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. 2. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly. 3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory control. 4. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, displays, and customer engagement. 5. Team Management: Supervise and motivate store staff, provide training and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations. 6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role & Freshers are welcome. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 4. Language: Proficiency in French, English, or local languages (Lingala) is an advantage. Service Agreement: The successful candidate will be required to sign a 3-year service agreement, which will outline the terms and conditions of employment, including responsibilities, performance expectations, and compensation.
