Executive/Senior Executive - Expat Tax

Job description Work youll do As an Executive in our immigration team of Global Employer Services vertical, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams, You will: Report to Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Co-ordinating with vendor for legalization of documents (Embassy attestation/ Apostille) – Birth certificate, marriage certificate, employment contract, school leaving certificate, etc. Co-ordinating with vendor to get the process, timeline, and checklist. Sharing of draft package with senior for review. Collating the documents and onward forwarding to vendor for filing. Preparing package for Outbound visas – Filling of visa application form (both online and offline forms), preparing draft letters, booking appointment on behalf of assignee, liaising with vendor for filing, Co-ordinating with overseas office for collating documentation, etc Tracking of each case - updating Deloitte tools on real time basis and also updating senior on the status bi-weekly or every alternate days as per Service Level Agreement Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate Process oriented and Quality work delivery Effective communication and presentation skills Quick learning on the job Good English communication skills (Written and verbal) Proficient in use of MS Excel Role: Taxation Executive Industry Type: Management Consulting Department: Finance & Accounting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Accounting & Taxation Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Individual Returnsexpatriates
