Job description Phab is hiring Production Manager Job Location- Mumbai Job Responsibilities The Production Manager will lead and oversee the entire manufacturing process of nutraceutical products .The role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FSSAI, GMP, USFDA), optimizing production efficiency, managing teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Plan, schedule, and execute daily production activities to meet targets. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant regulations. Monitor raw material usage, batch manufacturing, and documentation (BMR, BPR, SOPs). Lead process improvement and cost optimization initiatives. Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, warehouse, and maintenance departments. Maintain production efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure preventive maintenance of equipment. Train and develop production staff; enforce safety, hygiene, and discipline on the shop floor. Prepare and analyze production reports, yield reports, and KPIs. Ensure timely audits, validations, and regulatory inspections.
