Head of Production

Job description Create and adhere to production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Continuous monitoring of efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the production process. Develop and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure the internal and external SLA. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and components. Mentor and train / supervise the production engineers and production leads on areas of improvement. Implement process improvement initiatives whenever and wherever necessary. Ensure a healthy work environment and culture of adherence to safety protocols. Systematic approach to troubleshooting and reducing downtime. Monitor production costs and expenses. Create schedule for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels. Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers regarding stock to ensure production targets are met. Qualifications: Engineer (Electronics, Mechatronics) with MBA preferred. Experience in electronics production. Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and technologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Production Management Software. Preferred industries: Automobile, Auto Components, Electronics Instrument Manufacturing, Valves and Actuators Manufacturing, CNC Machine Manufacturing, ATM Machine Manufacturing.
