Job description Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Admission Counselor to join our university's admissions team. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about the university's academic programs, and helping students make informed decisions about their educational path. You will play a crucial role in promoting the university's offerings, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment. Your key responsibilities will include advising students on course selection, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and other academic opportunities. You will communicate with potential students and their families via phone, email, or in-person meetings, delivering presentations about the universitys programs and campus life. Additionally, you will help manage the application process, follow up with leads, and meet enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of the university’s offerings, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
