Job description Position: Retail Designer Experience: 2+ years CTC: 4L - 5L per anum Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Joining: Immediate About the Role: Were seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Designer who is passionate about crafting engaging in-store experiences. In this role, you will translate brand concepts into innovative and functional retail spaces, contributing to the complete design process from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Design retail spaces that reflect brand identity and enhance customer experience. Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using SketchUp and AutoCAD. Produce high-quality renders to visualize design concepts. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, and store operations) to ensure design alignment with business goals. Stay up-to-date with retail design trends, materials, and best practices. Support in creating presentations and mood boards for client reviews. Requirements: Bachelors degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 2+ years of experience in retail/interior design. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software. Strong spatial awareness, creativity, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
