Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job description JOB PURPOSE:- Overall responsibility of the preparation of standalone financial statements of the company. Providing of inputs for monthly MIS. Financial accounting & related compliances. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Preparation of standalone financial statement of company as per Ind-AS. Working knowledge of Ind-AS. Providing various MIS reports from consolidated financial statement. Co-ordination of Statutory and Internal Auditors. Ensure adherence to SOPs, Internal Policies/ Process/accounting standards. Import Payments, LC documentation and payment. Capex Accounting. Accounting/Calculation of income/Redemption/Annual return/ of Export Incentives and dealing with DGFT for Export Incentives in association with consultant. Maintenance of project CAPEX details, Budget trackers and Project cost sheets. Capitalization of fixed assets and maintenance of FAR. Accounting of SBUs. (ALPS Education Business and Eqova) Filing of GST Return of Accounting SBUs Filling of TDS Return of Accounting SBUs Timely deposit of GST and TDS of Accounting SBUs Preparation of inputs for Audit committee meeting. Co-ordination with location for different reports and financial information. Help people to adhere to central home office policies & practices w.r.t. finance department. Ensuring support in financial automation. Minimum Qualifications: B.Com. /CA- Intermediate Experience - 5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
