Job description Job description Should have more than 6+ years of experience in EMS, with knowledge related to SMT + (Wave+ Hand + Robotic + selective) soldering+ Test + Backend Assembly+ Potting + Conformal Coating+ Wash process + inline/ Xray + Depanelization (V-grove + Router) + AOI + FPT + ICT + Press Fit. Knowledge in RFQ process (includes Provides Manufacturing Cost + NRE) Experience in Developing Should cost Model for PCBA, Bare PCB, Displays, Antenna Sensor. Should be able to develop idle process flow based on the BoM and assembly requirements. Should have experience in providing suitable panel proposal for PCB supplier based on EMS Line capability. Should know basic understanding of each PCBA manufacturing equipment make and it specification. Prior experience in NPI (3+ years) is required. Prior experience in RFQ (3+ years) is required. Prior experience in Global sourcing (3+ Years) is required Vendor/Supplier Management. Basic Knowledge in Should Cost Could Cost. Prior experience in Advanced excel Macros Complete understanding on BOM (capability of understanding different Levels of BOM) Basic knowledge in ECN / ECO process. Knowledge in Test cycle time and Test NRE will be added advantage.
