Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers. Conduct field sales activities to promote personal loans, housing loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products. Develop strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and report progress regularly.
