Business Analyst - LMS/LOS

Job description Position: Business Analyst - Lending PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: To create and maintain functional specifications and work closely with the development and testing team Identifies products and/or services and their key features within unit or function. Identifies unit's core business drivers (i.e. regulatory, competition, customer behaviour) impacting revenues and costs. Gathers needs from unit and business / vendors to support development of technology solutions Preparation of Test Plans/Cases and business requirement Document (BRD) Interact with the business users to understand the requirements for the IT solution Stakeholder management • DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION: Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
