Associate - Data Researcher

Job description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Data Researcher to join our Data Research Team. In this role, you will support the team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to drive insights and decision-making across various projects. Your work will directly contribute to advancing our understanding of key data trends, enhancing research capabilities, and ensuring the integrity of the data used in decision-making processes Key responsibilities Assist in gathering and compiling relevant datasets from internal and external sources to support research initiatives. Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency is maintained across research projects. Collaborate with senior researchers to brainstorm and execute data research projects Assist in maintaining data quality by conducting regular data audits and performing quality control tasks. Provide ad-hoc research support as needed for ongoing or new projects within the data research team. Ensure the data is entered correctly and in the expected format Note any discrepancies, non-conforming data, or other issues and escalate it if necessary Qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience in data research Good written and verbal communication skills.
