The Documentation Manager is responsible for all topics documentation related. The Documentation Manager is the one requesting and collecting all documents, putting them together, making up the documentation and saving it and provide and explain it to all authorized parties. The Documentation Manager is the one providing and explaining the complete documentation internally, to our clients and internal and external auditors. Requesting documents and certificates according to the requirements. Requesting updated documents in case of: Scan is a bad quality Certificate is no longer valid Validity period of a certificate is not sufficent Certificates are incomplete Among others Your profile The Documentation Manager should be located at a yard or in the near of a yard due to the time difference.
