Accounts Executive

Job description This is a full-time on-site Account Executive role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolutions Maintain general accounting records and assist with monthly closing processes Prepare and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Support the finance team with general accounting tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MS Excel-VLOOKUP up, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (No work-from-home option) Why Join Us?
