Job description Position: Solar Panel Assembly Line Production Head Location: [Medchal / Hyderabad / Siddipet / Telangana Industrial Area] Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate / June-July 2025 About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on Production Head / Technical Expert who has previous experience in setting up and operating module assembly lines. This is a foundational role you will lead factory setup, machine installation, manpower training, quality control, and production output. Responsibilities: Assist with machine selection and layout planning Oversee installation of tabber-stringer, laminator, framing, J-box, flash tester, etc. Set up daily production processes, SOPs, and material flow Lead a small team of operators and helpers during initial ramp-up Ensure high yield efficiency and minimal breakage during handling Maintain basic QC processes flash test output, string alignment, lamination quality Handle raw material checks (cells, glass, EVA, frames, etc.) Help prepare for BIS & ALMM certification if needed Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and EPC site teams when needed Required Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in solar panel/module manufacturing Must have worked in factories like: Waaree, Goldi, Vikram, RenewSys, Saatvik, Premier Energies, Navitas, etc. Deep knowledge of cell handling, soldering, lamination, and flash testing Ability to train semi-skilled workers and manage basic production team Understanding of yield loss, process optimization, and safety practices Experience in setting up a new line from scratch Knowledge of ALMM/BIS testing procedures Can handle raw material inventory and vendor coordination Fluent in Hindi/Telugu preferred Role: Production & Manufacturing - Other Industry Type: Electronic Components / Semiconductors Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Production & Manufacturing - Other Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Deep knowledge of cell handling soldering lamination and flash testingProduction ManagementAssist with machine selection and layout planningUnderstanding of yield loss process optimization and safety practicesKnowledge of ALMM/BIS testing procedures
