Job description Operate and maintain cath lab equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for catheterization. Monitor patients vital signs during procedures and respond to emergencies. Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals. Ensure proper documentation of cath lab procedures and patient records. Follow infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment. Participate in the maintenance and calibration of cath lab equipment. Provide patient education regarding cath lab procedures and aftercare. Assist in the training of new cath lab staff. Adhere to safety regulations and protocols in the cath lab.
