Job description Assembly API Compressors & Pumps : Accurately assemble components, including rotors, stators, shafts, and casings, based on API standards and engineering specifications. Assembly of accessories like base frame, motor, Lube oil System, Dry gas seal system. Align, fit, and adjust parts to ensure efficient, accurate assembly. Conduct pressure and performance tests on assembled units, troubleshoot for functionality issues, and resolve any operational inconsistencies. Calibrate and verify performance metrics according to quality standards. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions to ensure all components meet design and quality criteria. Ensure all assembled units meet API standards and adhere to industry regulations. Perform final inspections, document results, and address any quality control discrepancies. Regularly maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools, hydraulic equipment, and lifting gear. Keep a clean and organized workspace to maintain safety and efficiency. Technical/Functional Skills: Must having Hands on experience for Assembly, packaging of API pumps & compressors, Strong understanding of mechanical engineering drawings, tolerances, and assembly techniques. Familiarity with safety protocols, safety awareness Problem-Solving Skills Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications in mechanical assembly or related fields are a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with API compressors or pumps.
