Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the hospital's culture and procedures. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies. Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps; analyze performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of training programs. Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation. Ensure all training records are accurate and up-to-date. Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to enhance training effectiveness. Coordination: Work closely with HR and other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Education, or a related field. Certifications in training or development are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting. Skills: Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to design and implement effective training programs. Proficiency in using training software and tools.
