Pune Job Description: We are looking for an experienced ICU Consultant to lead the care of critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role involves providing expert clinical guidance, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert care and treatment to ICU patients. Lead daily rounds and make evidence-based clinical decisions. Collaborate with the ICU team and mentor junior staff. Communicate effectively with patients' families. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: MBBS with MD or DM in Critical Care, or Internal Medicine. 1 to 3 years of ICU experience. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
