Conduct in-person, classroom-style training workshops to develop selling skills, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques. Facilitate role-playing exercises to simulate real-world sales scenarios and reinforce learning outcomes. Provide individual coaching and actionable feedback to front-line sales personnel to enhance field effectiveness. Identify training needs through regular interaction with the sales team and line managers; create and implement customized learning modules accordingly. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction training for new hires, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements. Maintain high levels of training quality and professionalism in all interactions with the sales force. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training interventions with organizational objectives. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field feedback, and performance improvement metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Business Management. Minimum 510 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training or field sales with a flair for training. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital learning platforms is preferred.
