Business Analyst

Job description Primary Responsibilities: Good understanding of 3rd Party Product interfacing workflow for API & Webservices Experience in gathering requirements along with API & Webservices Parameters details Experience in Automation Testing tools like SOAP, POSTMAN & SELENIUM for APIs 1. Capture systems requirements from various stakeholders, synthesize them with scope and priority, expected behavior, and test cases. 2. Work with architecture team and involved in various brainstorming session to discuss the business scope, provide design feedback. 3. Help teams with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery. 4. Create user stories with acceptance criteria, responsible for creating various user flow diagram, data flow diagram. 5. Ensure process adherence, testing and timely release of features. Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Ensure documentation quality and speed are maintained at high standards, with detailed and exhaustive outputs. 2. Manage changes with minimal scope creep post sign-off, aiming for a low number of bugs that necessitate additional change requests (CRs). 3. Maintain a low number of user acceptance testing (UAT) bugs, reflecting a commitment to delivering flawless solutions.
