Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the collection, labeling, and preparation of samples for analysis. Ensure proper storage and documentation of samples to maintain traceability. Perform regular cleaning and sterilization of laboratory equipment and workspaces. Dispose of waste materials following established safety protocols. Prepare reagents and solutions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering laboratory supplies. Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results. Maintain accurate records of all QC activities, including test results and equipment maintenance logs. Adhere to all laboratory safety guidelines and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in quality control. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and basic analytical techniques. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
