Role & responsibilities : Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. Manage HR-related documentation, reports, and audits. Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files. Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles. Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews. Build a strong talent pipeline for future needs. Plan and execute employee engagement activities. Organize wellness programs, team events, and celebrations. Organize team-building events, rewards programs, and recognition initiatives. Coordinate wellness programs and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
