Job description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of HR Services to lead and elevate our human resources operations across a defined geographic region. This strategic leadership role will guide core HR processes ranging from onboarding and compliance to employee relations and performance management while fostering a positive, people-first culture. In this position, you will manage a team of HR professionals, collaborate closely with regional and global leadership, and serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders to drive alignment between HR strategy and business priorities. What you'll Do Lead and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, covering the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, compensation, engagement, and offboarding. Serve as the primary HR partner to regional leadership and guide business leaders on all people-related matters. Manage a team of HR Generalists, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of HR services. Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal policies. Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, performance, employee relations, and development. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, HRIS, and Benefits to drive operational excellence. Foster a culture of transparency, empowerment, and continuous improvement across the organization. Lead or support employee investigations, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and legal compliance. Drive HR projects and initiatives including professional development, onboarding programs, HR technology optimization, and employee recognition. Leverage tools like ADP (MyHR) to manage employee records and support data-driven decisions. What You Bring 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity . Strong background in a consulting, matrixed, or fast-paced enterprise environment. Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and total rewards. Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and regulatory practices. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and developing HR teams. Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms (ADP preferred). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving HR initiatives in a remote work environment.
