Director of Sales and Client Development

Job description Work with clients and prospects to determine contract requirements including scope of work. Present MROs value proposition to gain buyer commitment Work with internal stakeholders to insert required contract language and gain approvals. Create a financial pro forma and submit for approval. Complete contracts including MSAs, addendums, amendments and BAAs. Coordinate redline execution between legal and clients or prospects. Schedule and lead the sales handoff calls between internal stakeholders for deals sold by Sales Associate. Document all interactions within the CRM system. Provide weekly forecast updates to sales and operational leadership. Complete new client update forms and submit for stakeholder notification.
