Job description Akolta Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth in our coworking and shared office space vertical . This role involves managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and client acquisition to office space tours, negotiations, and deal closures. You will be working with startups, SMEs, and corporates to understand their workspace needs and offer tailored shared office solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and convert leads for coworking spaces and shared office sales in Gurgaon. Conduct workspace tours, build client relationships, and close B2B sales. Create customized solutions for private offices, hot desks, meeting rooms, and enterprise needs. Collaborate with marketing and community teams to improve brand visibility. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and renewals with prospects. Maintain sales pipeline via CRM (eg, Zoho, HubSpot). Meet and exceed monthly targets with attractive incentives. Who You Are 2+ years of experience in coworking sales, commercial property leasing , or shared office sales . Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills. Comfortable with field sales and virtual selling (if needed). Knowledge of Gurgaon commercial real estate or startup ecosystem is a plus. Self-motivated and performance-driven with a passion for flexible workspaces.
