Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for CASA accounts. This includes setting sales targets, identifying target markets, and creating a plan to acquire new customers while retaining existing ones. Team Management : Lead and manage a team of sales officers or relationship managers responsible for promoting CASA products. Assign territories, set performance goals, and provide guidance and training to achieve targets. Customer Acquisition : Identify potential customers, both individual and business clients, and develop strategies to attract them to open CASA accounts with the bank. This may involve cold calling, networking, and relationship-building activities. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the bank's CASA products. Ensure that the sales team is well-versed in these details to effectively communicate with customers. Cross-Selling : Encourage cross-selling by promoting other banking and financial products and services, such as loans, credit cards, fixed deposits, and wealth management services, to CASA account holders. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with CASA account holders. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized financial advice to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition in the banking industry. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
