OSS Architect

Job description Minimum Experience and Essential Knowledge • Minimum 15 years of work experience of which minimum 10 years in the OSS Solution & Telecom Architecture Domain. • Minimum 5 years of qualified experience on the requested role of Technology OSS Solution Architect with proven track record demonstrating Solution leadership and ability to define and implement complex information technology and/or digital transformation initiatives within the OSS Architecture Domain • Ability to demonstrate subject matter expert level expertise in Solution Architecture & Design including but not limited to following areas: o Solution Architecture and Analysis Practice o OSS and IT Operating Model and Processes and Applications o Business and Information Systems Architecture and Design o Cloud Solutions and Hybrid Integration o OSS Domain Solution Architecture and Technologies, at least some of which include: o Customer Care, Order Management, CPQ, Product Catalog, Billing & Charging Mainly Oracle & Ericsson systems. o Netcracker BSS systems for customer care, onboarding, quotation, order management, billing, real-time charging (IN Platforms). o CVM, Loyalty, Campaign Solutions – Customer value management, Loyalty, Campaign solutions – Comviva, Nokia, Flytext stack systems. o Nokia solution stack for fulfilment, assurance, service order, inventory etc. o Ericsson solution stacks for mediation, provisioning, assurance, and inventory (physical and logical) of Telco network assets (2G,3G,4G,5G) o Excellent interpersonal, leadership, managerial, teamwork, negotiation, logical analysis, stakeholder and risk management skills • Past experience working with Enterprise Architecture Tools (E.g. Orbus iServer or Orbus Infinity) and Archimate and UML Modeling and/or working as member of Architecture Review Board (ARB) or Solution Review Board (SRB) in the role of an Architect is considered a plus o Excellent oral and written communications in English is a must, Arabic is considered a plus o Good understanding on Information Technology, IT Systems, IT Solution Design Practices to fluently liaise between Business and Technology and effectively carry out Solution Design related work. • Ability to build capability on information systems design and lead teams to deliver results. • Ability to work well under pressure and to work both independently as well as with others. • Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environment and support to manage multiple parallel complex initiatives. • Ability to be structured, organized and have strong time-management skills with proven track record on delivering results. • Ability to think out of the box, to Innovative and be creative thinker. • Cultural awareness and experience working in Middle East and/or in Qatar and understanding of Middle East/Qatar market dynamics is considered a plus read more Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills DesignTelecom OSS Nokia BTSTelecommunicationoss
