Job description Role & responsibilities Basic Valuation Knowledge:- Property site visit (with Property measurement, identification, Rate verification, location, etc) Knowledge of APF, Project Funding. Able to co-ordinate with external valuers, marketing team to solve queries, etc. Basic technical knowledge's RERA, F.S.I, Units, Plans (BCL, Encroachment, approval authority, etc), Areas, (Carpet, Built up, etc). Documentation knowledge (as per loan product).
