Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch/location. Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors and sales managers. Drive sales and business growth through effective channel strategies. Achieve business targets premium, persistency, and productivity. Implement company policies and ensure compliance with regulatory norms. Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and business partners. Monitor performance and provide strategic direction for growth. Ensure superior customer service delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct periodic reviews and maintain high agent engagement levels.
