What You ll Do: Support the Customer Success team in driving strategic growth for our clients Understand brand goals and help craft CRM strategies using Xeno s platform Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking Analyze data to generate insights and help improve customer engagement Be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product & tech teams Who You Are: B.Tech 2025 graduate or in final semester - Computer Science mandatory Working experience with Excel/Google Sheets Strong communication & problem-solving skills Curious, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership Prior internship or project experience in marketing, business strategy, or client-facing roles is a must Why Join Us?
